After much deliberation her departure from the university and entered the industry of entertainment. Her first appearance was in the movie Children of the Corn V : Fields of Terror, and she wasn't happy with the way it turned out. To improve her performance, she worked extremely hard and was featured in many low-budget flicks to show her talent. It was not an easy path for this actor however her determination and patience was rewarded. Following her triumph in Training Day, her career in acting took off.
